I'll be your new best friend, contacting you between appointments and making sure you are motivated, happy and healthy on the plan. You can contact me at any time to ask a question or when you need some encouragement. I'll be weighing you and taking your measurements and advising you as you progress through the various stages. We'll be using photo evidence of your journey but rest assured, I won't be plastering these photos all over social media - unless of course, you want me too!
