A 1 World Theme Park is an educational interactive theme park for young and old to discover the secrets of the world. Our idea is to provide a theme park centered around the six continents of the world (Arctic and Antarctic amalgamated). The difference between 1 World and Alton Towers is that we do not provide cheap rides, rather an educational experience.

The Product

Both the small steps and the large divides of culture clash are illustrated in a subtle way; Ergo, rather than being told by a teacher, students would experience these in a hands on manner. For example, taking part in Indian traditional dances. In essence this creates a sense of realism through an enjoyable way of learning. This of course makes the event both entertaining and memorable, not to say more rewarding.

We also intend to build a three story, 200 hundred room Theme Hotel Complex enlarging this to 400 to 800 rooms in the near future. We expect these rooms to be fully booked for the best part of the year and they will be serviced by experienced and fully trained staff. The Hotel will provide conference room facilities as well as an out door swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and gymnasiums.

What we will create is essentially synergy of a difference, and harmony. The concept fills a gap in the market which is tending to lead away from theme parks or high rides, and more to new educational experiences. For the first time in there lives you will be able to take your family out for the day where every one of the family can enjoy the experience.

1 World Theme Parks has the potential to be the new Disney of the future.

1 World consists of the six continents of the world, where visitors are given the opportunity to see and understand how different races of people live on each continent. We endeavor to create the typical lifestyles connected to that particular continents.

The Competition

Our research has shown that competition comes from the normal fun attraction Theme Parks consisting of rides and high thrill rides. Also seaside venues with amusement arcades - but the truth is if someone told you, at any time a live active 50 ft volcano was 3 miles down the road or a pyramid that you can go inside and see the tombs etc. most people would want to go out to see it.

1 World has this and many more major attractions in each continent that will whet the appetite to make you want to visit each and every one of them - From splendid picnic areas to children's breath-taking entertainment of a high educational value. We are more than confident this will become a major talking point in the world.

Motivation

It is important that our theme park staff are highly motivated and we therefore offer incentives before each days opening. Members of staff will be vetted not only for their skills alone but also for there commitment to the theme park's success. We intend to pay staff well, treat them fair and look after them. In return we expect loyalty and trust from each employee. Those we do not think capable of this would not be employed.

Pricing

We have determined our prices based on other theme parks. Cost per continent £50 adults £30 children Family ticket £140 for 2 adults 3 children 1 world plans to utilize a number of marketing methods over the next ten years with the engagement of a leading marketing company whose brief will be to get the ultimate best from 1 World theme park
