From our humble beginnings in 2013 as a weekend pop - up gourmet pizza delivery service, via a 12 month residency at the Das Kino bar, Nottingham's favourite pizza now has its own city centre home on Thurland Street. Our explosive growth has been fuelled by a cult following of discerning foodies and high praise from such distinguished publications as The Guardian (top 10 budget eats in Nottingham), The Nottingham Post ("Pizza World Champions top 10�), LeftLion (�Best pizza in Notts) as well as various BuzzFeed lists and food blogs.

In addition to our heart - warming back story it's our method and ingredients that make us special. Where possible we use award winning, locally sourced and free range produce. All the sauces are made from scratch and we even cut our cheese fresh so that it melts in just the right way. This attention to detail in addition to an offbeat approach to our menu construction ensures that we stand out from the crowd.

Pizza by the Metre

We are the proud creators of Nottingham's only Pizza by The Metre (#dontfearthemetre). Whether feeding a large group or a determined couple, The Metre is the final word in epic food�Even Man vs Food's Adam Richardson shied away from its awesome might� We also offer a range of gourmet mac & cheese varieties, a brutal garlic bread selection and satisfying salads for those laying off the carbs. And of course being a terribly modern outfit we offer a whole bunch of vegetarian, vegan and excellent gluten free pizza.
