All services are tailored to whatever your needs may be, from complete beginners all the way up to competitive athletes. Shane has competed on some Europe's biggest shows including Grapplefest and Polaris. All sessions are based in Nottingham city centre with parking & fantastic public transport routes to where sessions will take place. Shane is also available for group training sessions and seminars.
