Harper Recruitment has been fully established for almost 2 decades working throughout Nottingham Nottinghamshire providing many jobs to lots of people in different circumstances, and has an excellent reputation within the East Midlands. 13 Consultants operate from our two offices in Nottingham and Derby working from a single computer system. This enables us to offer an excellent selection of candidates from a large and constantly updated database. We have a high advertising spend in various media which enables us to constantly attract a large volume of candidates to meet our clients requirements. We are aware of the changing trends within media advertising and vary our approach depending on the level of the role, target audience and availability of suitable candidates. We use various internet sites to attract candidates from a wider geographical area for senior level positions.

Harper Recruitment employ consultants who offer unrivalled experience within the recruitment industry. They have an average of 14 years experience and 5 have been working for Harper Recruitment for over 9 years. Unlike most of our competitors our consultants are service driven as opposed to sales driven and therefore the focus is on providing quality and developing long term relationships with both clients and candidates alike.
