I paid £9.40 for a chip cob with cheese

I asked for a chip cob with cheese. I was given it and the person asked for £4.40. I gave a note and as i was walking off i thought that's really expensive so i turned back and asked the guy (who was now standing outside the fish and chip shop) if they'd charged me for the right food. He insisted that I'd been given the right amount of change and the price was correct. It wasn't until i got home and realised that I'd gone out with a £10 note that not only had i been overcharged I'd also been stolen from. I definitely went out with £10 and this was the only shop I'd visited because i was at work and had stopped for lunch. The cob was not fresh and had broken into two. The chips were also undercooked. All in all a terrible experience
