Great shop but staff/owner not so!

Visited again today, we always spend a fair bit here, today again we spent £50. lo got a teddy but when we got it outside in the daylight stains on face! Sadly no replacement so £2 refund. Little one was still not happy it looked a little tatty no tags either! So I took back to exchange for another teddy.. lady took it back and handed my new teddy in bag. She then went on to make a total show in the shop. Saying actually she change her mind and that she doesn't have to ect. Very rude, won't be spending any more money there! I walked out with what she had already bagged for me. There was no mention that it couldn't be returned and to "change her mind" is a total joke to say the least. She had a terrible attitude, actually a lil shocked! Shop will end up going under with staff/management like that. Very sad, she turned a single exchange into something massive. Very dark in shop couldn't see all marks! My mum is terminal and thats how you get treated, totally ruined our day tbh :/
